Job hunting experience: the importance of sincerity and sincerity in interview

Because my former intern is going back to other places after school, I have to rush to recruit someone to replace him.

I have received three resumes. The first girl is from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, majoring in * * *, but at first glance, her eyes are not bad. After chatting, I felt that everything was ok. My campus recruitment requirement is two and a half months, and it is best to arrive in 4-5 days. Although I am a China investment company of foreign companies, and generally I don't recruit fresh graduates, there are more than 100 positions in Shanghai this year, and there are more than 600 in China. You did a really good job. I must recommend it.

When I came out, I thought it was almost enough, and even the two children below didn't want to see it. But I still asked, when can you start? The girl said, next week? Huh? Don't you start school on September 5th? Why can't you come next week? She smiled at me. Then I won't ask more questions.

Later, our current intern will talk to her about her work. When she comes out, I will casually say, why can't this girl come next week? Unexpectedly, our intern said that the girl told him the reason, but she asked him not to tell HR because she was going to travel abroad next week, which had been arranged.

That's why I ignored her.

She didn't tell me I wasn't angry, but I think there is something wrong with this person's emotional intelligence. The job of HR is to communicate every day, and what can and cannot be said can't be cultivated in one day or two.

You're going on a trip. I'll call you for an interview this week. You told me that I was fine, but you didn't say anything, which shows that you don't know if you should say such a thing, and your attitude is insincere and insincere.

Looking back at our current intern, although he is a child with a related family (mother is the big boss of our clients), we provided him at that time because he had no place to live in Shanghai, so we said, can the company beat the floor? Let our HR sisters instantly add points to his impression.

It is surprising that a rich second generation (even if not) has such an attitude. Moreover, as an intern, he also works overtime with us when we are busy. Then, two people will know the difference by comparing them.

I also hope that everyone can know that sincere attitude is definitely better than hiding (even if you make a mistake, sincere admission is definitely better than trying to cover it up. At least a big company would rather have an employee who makes mistakes than an employee who always lies. )

In fact, fresh graduates are still calves, and the company has to spend a lot of money and energy to cultivate them. So, don't worry about your inexperience, but make sure the company feels that the investment in you is worthwhile.

Diligence, willingness to work, and willingness to endure hardships are definitely more popular with most companies than cleverness. At least the three Fortune 500 companies I have experienced don't like smart but self-righteous people. On the contrary, I admire those who are willing to work, practical and not very smart.
