Organize the formulation of food safety management system, supervise the implementation of food safety responsibility system, and define the responsibility requirements for employee health management, supplier management, incoming inspection, production and operation process control, ex-factory inspection, traceability system construction, complaint reporting and handling.

2. Organize to formulate and supervise the implementation of food safety risk prevention and control measures, regularly organize food safety self-inspection, evaluate food safety status, report food safety work to the principal responsible person of the enterprise in time and propose improvement measures, prevent and correct food safety violations, and organize the implementation of food recall in accordance with regulations.

3. Organize the formulation of food safety accident handling plans, organize emergency drills, implement the obligation of reporting food safety accidents, and take measures to prevent accidents from expanding.
