First, the minimum wage standard for enterprises in Xiamen is:

(1) The minimum wage for enterprises in Siming District, Huli District and Haicang District is 750 yuan per person per month;

(two) jimei district, Tongan District, Xiang 'an District, the minimum wage for enterprises is 700 yuan per person per month.

Two, Xiamen City, the minimum wage for part-time employment hours:

(a) Siming District, Huli District, Haicang District, the minimum wage for part-time employment hours is 7.9 yuan per person per hour;

(two) jimei district, Tongan District, Xiang 'an District, the minimum wage for part-time employment hours is 7.2 yuan per person per hour.

Working hours generally adopt the standard working hour system of five days and eight hours, which means that Saturday and Sunday are weekends, but many enterprises do not necessarily abide by it.

Overtime, calculated according to the minimum standard of 750 yuan, is 750/2 1.75/8=4.3 1 yuan, 1.5 times: 6.47 yuan at ordinary times, 2 times at weekends: 8.62 yuan, and 3 times at holidays: 12.93 yuan.

On August 30th, 2007, the provincial government issued the Notice of the People's Government of Fujian Province on Promulgating the Minimum Wage Standard and the Minimum Wage Standard for Part-time Employment Hours in Fujian Province (Min Zheng [2007] No.20). In order to facilitate the implementation of the minimum wage regulations by enterprises in our city, the minimum wage standards for enterprises in our city and the minimum wage standards for part-time employment hours are hereby announced as follows:

First, the minimum wage standard for enterprises in Xiamen is:
