When these old employees stay together for a long time, chemical reactions will occur. The longer they stay together, the more stories there will be.
Although many large foreign companies have a long history and entered China earlier, their interpersonal relationship is still relatively simple, because employees generally like to jump ship and have the mentality of "patting their ass and leaving". They have no idea of working in a company all their lives. As long as you seize a good opportunity and run immediately, most employees are allowed to run for five years. My feeling of working in a foreign company is that every year, colleagues around me will change jobs, so I won't put too much affection into my colleagues, and the relationship between colleagues is limited to work. However, the foreign headquarters of foreign companies is different, because it has a long history, there are a large number of old employees at the headquarters, and the interpersonal relationship is quite complicated. Foreign-funded enterprises in some inland cities have become more and more like state-owned enterprises. Because of better benefits and higher wages, few employees leave their jobs, which also leads to the old employees getting together and complicated interpersonal relationships.
The reason why Internet companies have simple interpersonal relationships is that their history is generally short, and because of the rapid expansion of the industry, people in Internet companies also like to jump ship, so there are many new employees in each company. Although giants such as BAT have a history of more than 20 years, the real rapid expansion is also a matter of nearly ten years. However, compared with ByteDance, Xiaomi, Meituan and other companies with a history of 10 years, the interpersonal relationship of BAT is still slightly complicated. For example, it is rumored that Baidu has many sects. Zhang Yaqin, the former senior vice president of Microsoft, was the president of Baidu for five years, but he really couldn't play anymore. He retired to be a professor in Tsinghua. Later, Qilu, Microsoft's global executive vice president, joined Baidu as president and left after two years. The simplest interpersonal relationship is the newly established new track startups such as new energy vehicles, driverless, AI, meta-universe, and chip design. Although these companies are large in scale, their history is too short. There are no old employees. They are all new employees, and there is no resistance to anything. Employees who have worked in mature and stable big companies will feel very uncomfortable once they enter.

Corporate processes are not as standardized and perfect as those of the top 500 foreign companies, and interpersonal relationships are not as simple as those of Internet companies.
Compared with the above mature private enterprises, the interpersonal relationship between Hong Kong and Taiwan enterprises is slightly simpler. Although the head office has a long history, its subsidiaries have a short history and the interpersonal relationship is relatively less complicated. Compared with the head office, the process is relatively standardized.
Old employees are a double-edged sword. On the one hand, their rich experience can help solve problems, but on the other hand, their existence will also create new problems. Therefore, the company doesn't like old employees very much, and prefers to recruit fresh graduates to drive them away. The old employees here are not older employees, but employees with a long history.
There is no perfect company in the world, and the company has a long history of standardized processes, but the interpersonal relationship is complex. The interpersonal relationship of a newly established company is complex, but the process is not standardized, so it is difficult to take care of it. But generally speaking, companies that have been established for about 10 years are relatively good, and the China office of the top 500 foreign companies is even better. However, this problem still needs to be viewed from another side. At first, you can't choose a job just for the sake of comfort, but whether you can improve your comprehensive ability. If you can get along in a company with complicated interpersonal relationships, you can go to any company with ease in the future.
