Are the employees of Poly Property established by state-owned enterprises?

Not all employees belong to state-owned enterprises.

Poly Real Estate is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Poly Group, which is a large state-owned enterprise directly supervised by the State Council SASAC. For those employees who have signed formal labor contracts with Poly Property, they are often regarded as employees prepared by state-owned enterprises. Poly Real Estate also employs informal employees through outsourcing or labor dispatch.
