It is a product of Jiangsu Linhai Power Machinery Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Fuma Machinery Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Machinery Industry Group Co., Ltd., which was established in 1956 and belongs to an enterprise directly under the central government. The quality and performance of Linhai motorcycle have been recognized to some extent. Although it is a second-tier brand, Linhai Yamaha, which has a joint venture with Yamaha, has gained some technology and experience from it. For example, the 100CC scooter produced by Linhai has performed well in similar products, and there is no obvious gap compared with the joint venture brand.
