According to relevant public information, Qingwai Education Group developed from Qingjiang Foreign Language School in Enshi Prefecture, which was opened in 2006. It is a private education group directly under the State Education Bureau, approved by the State Party Committee and the State Government, and invested by Chairman Li Ruicheng. Now it has become the largest private education in Hubei Province.
