Development course of Sichuan Hushan Electronics Co., Ltd.

Hushan Company was founded in 1969 and its share was changed to 1987. Its shares were listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in May, 1998 (stock code: 00080 1). The company has two production bases in Mianyang, Sichuan and Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, in which Mianyang headquarters covers an area of more than 200,000 square meters, and has more than 20 advanced production lines such as Italian laminating equipment and Swiss surface treatment, with an annual production capacity of 300,000 sets of household audio and professional equipment. The company has a large number of technical experts who enjoy high prestige in the audio industry in China, and its provincial technology development center has strong scientific research and development strength. Its products have won many national, ministerial and provincial awards, and won the first prize in previous "domestic audio-visual equipment exhibitions" and won the reputation of "China Voice".

In July 2003, Sichuan Jiuzhou Electric Appliance Group Co., Ltd. successfully settled in Hushan. Its strong scientific research and development advantages and strong capital strength provide strong support for Hushan Audio to take the high-tech boutique route and expand a broader development space for Hushan Company. In 2004, Jiuzhou Group Company put Shenzhen Furuixiang Electronics Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, into Hushan to support the development of Hushan Company. The company mainly deals in portable audio-visual products, digital satellite receiver (DVB), switching power supply (SMPS), MP3 and MP4. With an annual output of 3.5 million DVBs and 7 million switching power supplies, it is the second largest main business segment of Hushan Company after audio. Then, Hushan Company and Mauritius GWL Company jointly established Shenzhen Xiangcheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., engaged in the research, development, production and operation of satellite TV tuner (LNB) and signal multiplexer. At present, the annual production capacity of LNB of Xiangcheng Company reaches 6 million sets, and its products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions such as the Middle East, Europe and North America, making it the third main business segment of Hushan Company. The combination of the three industries has effectively promoted Hushan's road to specialization, scale and internationalization.
