The regulations on registration conditions are slightly different in different places, which reflects different easing policies. Candidates should be based on the local examination registration notice of the year. Take Beijing as an example:

(1) Examinations of all subjects: Anyone who abides by the discipline and law and meets one of the following conditions can sign up for the examinations of all subjects of the second-level constructor:

(1) has a technical secondary school degree or above in engineering or engineering economics and has been engaged in the construction and management of construction projects for two years;

(2) Have a technical secondary school education in other majors and have been engaged in the construction and management of construction projects for 5 years;

③ Engaged in construction and management of construction projects 15 years.

(2) 1 exam-free subjects: (-this article is shared by all localities) Those who meet the relevant registration conditions and obtain the second-level project manager certificate of construction enterprises issued by the Ministry of Construction, and meet one of the following conditions, can be exempted from the exam of construction project management subjects.

(1) has obtained intermediate and above professional and technical positions in engineering or engineering economics.

(2) College degree or above in engineering or engineering economics and engaged in construction management of construction projects for 15 years.

(3) Exemption from the examination of two subjects: those who meet the relevant registration conditions, have obtained the first-class project manager certificate of construction enterprises issued by the Ministry of Construction, have intermediate or above technical titles, or have obtained the first-class project manager qualification certificate, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years may be exempted from the examination of the subjects of Construction Management of Construction Projects and Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge.
