4. It is not enough to have a car, but also to have a certificate. For drivers who meet the requirements and pass the examination, the road transport management institution will issue the "Network Appointment Taxi Driver's License", which is valid for 6 years;

5. Drivers who have obtained the qualification of cruising taxi have been engaged in operation services continuously for the last three years, and their credit assessment level has reached AAA, which meets the relevant requirements. Upon the driver's own application, they can directly issue the online taxi driver's license without assessment.

The requirements of the network car for the vehicle are as follows:

1, the network car must be a passenger car with 7 seats or less;

2. Install vehicle-mounted satellite positioning device and emergency alarm device with driving record function;

3. The motor vehicle driver's license is issued by the public security organ of this Municipality, and the address of the motor vehicle owner registered with the motor vehicle driver's license is consistent with the proposed business area;

4. The taxable value of vehicles engaged in online car business should be higher than the price of cruise vehicles in the same period;

5. The interval between the initial registration date of vehicle driving license and the date of applying for online booking of taxi transportation license shall not exceed 2 years;

6. Vehicles with supercharged engines have a displacement of 1.5T or above; Vehicles with naturally aspirated engines, with a displacement of 1.8L or above, and a wheelbase of not less than 2650mm；;

7, new energy vehicles, engine power is not less than 90kW, cruising range is not less than 200km, vehicle wheelbase is not less than 2650mm；;

8, hybrid electric vehicles, the engine power is not less than 90kW, the vehicle wheelbase is not less than 2650 mm. ..

The Ministry of Transport is responsible for guiding the management of national cruise taxis.

The transportation departments of the people's governments of all provinces and autonomous regions shall, under the leadership of the people's governments at the corresponding levels, be responsible for guiding the management of cruise taxis within their respective administrative areas.

Under the leadership of the people's government at the same level, the transportation departments of municipalities directly under the central government and counties, or other taxi administrative departments designated by the people's government (hereinafter referred to as taxi administrative departments) are responsible for the specific implementation of cruise taxi management.
