Enter Didi to recruit official website as a driver.

Basic information submission: Just submit the registration information truthfully as required.

On-the-job evaluation of Didi Daidai: After registration, the on-the-job evaluation of Didi Daidai should be completed within 7 days, and the subsequent selection process can only be continued after passing.

Interview: offline interview, face-to-face communication, understanding the driver's needs and assessing the driver.

Road test: evaluating drivers' driving skills

Training: training of driver's order-taking skills and service awareness.

Induction ceremony: prospective drivers learn the values of Didi Daijia through the selection process.
