Registration conditions for Hunan Civil Service Examination

1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China.

2. Support the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system.

3. Aged above 18 years old and under 35 years old. For fresh master's and doctoral students (non-employed), as well as those applying for recruitment positions for village (community) cadres and township (street) public service station staff, the age is relaxed to 40 years old. The age requirements for specific positions are subject to the recruitment position list.

4. Have good political quality and moral character.

5. Have the physical condition and mental quality to perform duties normally.

6. Have the educational level and work ability that meet the job requirements. Applicants should obtain a graduation certificate and a nationally recognized academic qualification (degree). Completion certificates, school-leaving certificates, etc. do not meet the requirements. Graduates of the intermediate engineering classes, senior engineering classes, and preparatory technician (technician) classes of Hunan Technical Colleges can apply for recruitment positions that meet the job qualifications and are not limited to majors based on technical secondary school, junior college, and undergraduate degrees respectively. For doubtful national education qualifications (degrees), the results of the certification by the education administrative department at or above the provincial level shall prevail; for doubtful Party school qualifications (degrees), the results of the certification by the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department in coordination with the relevant business departments shall prevail; For doubtful technical school qualifications, the result determined by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security shall prevail. Applicants’ majors should be filled in strictly in accordance with the graduation certificate. Those whose majors have been listed in the "Hunan Provincial Civil Servants' Professional Guidance Catalog for Examination and Recruitment" but are not included in the majors for recruitment positions are not eligible to apply; those whose majors have not been included in the "Hunan Provincial Civil Servants' Professional Guidance Catalog for Examination and Recruitment" will not be eligible for the provincial examination. Direct positions shall be recognized by the provincial recruitment agency. Positions at city, state and below levels shall be submitted to the recruitment agency for approval and submitted to the Municipal and State Party Committee Organization Department for recognition. 7.
