Junior testers only need to have basic knowledge reserves, such as the use of commonly used software, basic knowledge of programming, basic knowledge of hardware, etc. Different test posts have different requirements for testers. For example, hardware testing requires test engineers to understand some basic working principles of hardware and the use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, electrostatic guns, high and low temperature boxes and other equipment. Software testing requires computer proficiency. Generally, after going to the enterprise, some basic training will be carried out before going to work. I have had similar testing experience and will definitely get started faster.

P.S., don't be scared by the scary conditions in the job announcement. Basically, people who have worked in their jobs for several years can't meet that requirement. That's just an ideal state. What you need to do is to let the enterprise know what you can do and what you can bring to the enterprise in the future. Few employers will actually brush people according to that. Of course, it is better to meet the conditions.
