2. Interview principles

5 .Main interview format and requirements:
The full interview score is 100 points, and the interview score is calculated as 20 points into the candidate’s total score.
The interview content is divided into two parts. The first part consists of questions and answers, which mainly cover the basic requirements for the professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers. In the second part, a brief lecture will be given based on the following subjects. The lecture should closely follow the content of the test questions.

Junior high school: mathematics, English, geography, music, art, physical education, information technology, history, biology. Requirements:

6. Interview agency: The regional education bureau randomly selects experts from different disciplines to form an interview group. Each group consists of 7 examiners (1 chief examiner, 6 examiners). During the interview, the examiner will ask questions, and the interview team will grade according to the "scoring criteria." Among the 7 examiners, one with the highest score and one with the lowest score are removed, and the average score of the 5 examiners is used as the candidate's interview score. 7. Candidates participating in the interview must provide the following documents and materials:

8. Responsibilities of interview staff
(1) The qualifications of candidates who enter the interview will be reviewed. Only those who pass the review can be interviewed.

9. Interview procedure: Candidates will enter the waiting room according to their examination number, and then draw lots to determine the interview sequence number. Candidates will be guided into the interview room by the staff according to the interview serial number. During the interview, candidates only report the interview serial number. After the interview, go out and wait for the next candidate to finish the exam, and then leave the test center after hearing your own results.
