The workshop production line includes four parts production lines and assembly lines, namely, four machining production lines of cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft and camshaft; Cylinder head assembly line, short hair assembly line, long hair assembly line.

(1) Cylinder block production

The mechanical processing equipment of the production line is very advanced, and the stability is also guaranteed. In terms of cylinder space accuracy, three-stage wet milling ensures high accuracy, and milling adopts three processes: rough milling, fine milling and final milling. At the same time, in the process of machining, each cylinder is equipped with a data carrier, which can better monitor the quality of parts. Finally, the cleaning work is handed over to a fully automatic robot, and the cleaning is carried out under the pressure of 300 bar. Finally, the cylinder block is completed through the water jacket and oil circuit tightness test equipment.

(2) Cylinder head production

Machining spindle journals and connecting rod journals with different lifts on the same machine tool improves production efficiency, optimizes island machining, saves floor space and is convenient for expanding production capacity. The application of micro-lubrication cooling technology in deep hole machining can significantly improve the production efficiency of cutting and the processing quality of parts, reduce the wear of scale and fine iron filings on tools, and make the working environment clean, which is conducive to protecting the health of operators and reducing the impact on the environment.

(3) Production of crankshaft and camshaft

The camshaft adjuster adopts 360-degree laser welding to enhance the torsional performance and strength of the adjuster. This welding method has small heat affected zone and small shrinkage deformation of the workpiece, so the welding position is more accurate. The journal and cam are machined on the same machine tool.

(4) Quality control link

Finally, it is necessary to mention that after an engine is assembled, it will carry out functional tests and adopt cold test technology. This is the advanced cold test technology adopted by Dalian factory, which is in sync with the world. Through this monitoring method, the quality of the engine can be effectively guaranteed and controlled. Hot test is to take out 30% of the engine produced every day for load test, which is one of the most common tests.

Finally, there is a special department to disassemble the engine, which will completely disassemble the engine that runs continuously for 65,438+10,000 kilometers, so as to disassemble every accessory, check the engine wear and tear, and better ensure the quality. (5) Assembly line

Factory workers finally assembled the finished engine at this stage. This is also the place that needs the highest degree of manual work, but we see that machinery is used in the process of handling and assembly, and the degree of automation is quite high.
