From Tuesday, July 14, Suzhou Library (Suzhou Second Library) will be further opened to the outside world. The branches of Suzhou Library will be opened in an orderly manner, and the details will be announced separately.

Opening place and time

1. The unified opening hours of Suzhou Library (Renmin Road Pavilion, No.858 Renmin Road) and Suzhou Second Library (No.2383 Guangji North Road) are:

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays: 9: 00-1:00, 13:00- 17:00.

(Closed on Monday, open on national holidays, and the cleaning and disinfection time of the museum11:00-13: 00);

Friday, Saturday and national holidays: 9:00- 1 1:00, 13:00-2 1:00.

2. The local literature reading room and science and technology information reading room of Renmin Road Museum of Suzhou Library are open from 9: 00-1:00, 13:00- 17:00 (Tuesday to Sunday).

The reading room of ancient books in Suzhou Second Library is open from 9:00- 1 1:00, 13:00- 17:00 (Tuesday to Saturday).

3. The reading room for the blind and the 24-hour library are temporarily closed.

Entrance description

1. Readers in the adult library area can enter the library without making an appointment (Digital Technology Experience Museum and Music Library need to log in to official website or WeChat official account to make an appointment in advance).

2. The Children's Library opens online and offline appointments in official website or WeChat official accounts. In order to ensure the reading experience and health and safety of children's readers during their stay in the library, children's readers and accompanying parents are requested to make online appointments as much as possible to reduce the invalid queuing time.

Access procedures and entrances and exits

Hold the green code of "Suzhou City Code" or "Su Kang Code" and pass the temperature test before entering the museum. You need to wear a mask all the way through the museum.

Suzhou Library opens the lobby on the first floor of the North District for adults and the South Square for children.

The platform on the second floor of Suzhou Second Library is open to readers, and the entrance and exit of the children's library on the first floor on the south side is only for children's readers and accompanying parents to enter and leave the library. When readers queue up to enter the library, make sure the distance is above 1.5 meters.

Quantity control

Suzhou Library Renmin Road Library has no more than 500 adults and no more than 80 children (including accompanying parents);

Suzhou No.2 Library has no more than 800 people in the adult area and no more than 160 people in the children area (including accompanying parents). After reaching the maximum number of people entering the library at the same time, the measures of "one in and one out" will be taken to limit the flow.

Reader service

1. Resume reader's card application and refund service.

In order to avoid cross-infection, the service desk of the library does not provide storage service. Please bring 1 yuan coins to the self-service deposit box.

3. Digital Technology Experience Hall, Music Library, Lending Center and other venues with wearable devices should be "one guest, one consumption", and readers can use them with confidence.

4. While meeting the requirements of normalized epidemic prevention and control, we will carry out offline reader activities in an orderly manner.

The toilet provides hand sanitizer, so readers can wash their hands frequently for simple disinfection.

6. Use the book disinfection equipment to disinfect the books returned by readers or put them in a centralized place 15 days, so readers can borrow them with confidence.

The reader's attention

1. When readers queue up to enter the library, make sure the distance is above1.5m. ..
