II. Qualifications

(1) Basic conditions

(2) Qualifications

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above.

2. Current deputy positions in provincial branches of large state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks, deputy positions in municipal commercial banks (equivalent to deputy director level), under 43 years old (born after December 1, 1975) .

3. The current position in a banking financial institution in the province is equivalent to a full-level position, and the applicant has been employed for more than 3 years, and is under the age of 40 (born after December 1, 1978).

4. The deputy director of the office (party committee office) must be a formal party member of the Communist Party of China.

III. Selection process

(1) Registration

3. Registration information:

(1) Download and fill out the "Registration Form" and attach a 2-inch recent electronic bareheaded color photo (within 500kb) in the photo column of the registration form.

(2) Submit your ID card, academic qualifications, degrees, professional and technical qualification certificates, vocational (practice) qualification certificates, performance results, award-winning materials, annual assessment results in the past three years, personal position and time Relevant materials that meet the requirements, etc.

(2) Qualification review

The Provincial Rural Credit Union will notify those who pass the qualification review and enter the written examination by phone or text message.

(3) Exam

1. Written test. Conduct closed-book examinations. If the number of applicants to selected positions does not reach 6:1, the examination will not be held. Candidates participating in the written examination must present their original valid ID card to participate in the written examination.

2. Interview. Based on the written test scores from high to low, candidates for interview will be determined in a ratio of 1:4. During the interview, the original documents provided by the applicant when registering will be reviewed.

The written examination and interview will be held in Chengdu. The specific time and address will be notified to the applicant in advance by phone or text message.

(4) Physical examination

The total score is calculated based on the ratio of 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score. Sort by total score from high to low, determine preliminary candidates for organizational inspection in a 1:2 ratio, and organize a physical examination. Those who pass the physical examination will be determined as the subject of inspection. If they fail the physical examination, they will be replaced in turn.

(5) Organize inspections

Set up an inspection team to inspect the inspection objects.

(6) Appointment

Based on the inspection, determine the personnel to be hired and go through the employment procedures.

(7) Probation

Applicants will be subject to a one-year probation period. Those who pass the probation will continue to be employed, and those who fail will be dismissed.
