How about working in a factory? Is there a future?

People who have been there will definitely tell you that the market work is not good and there is no promotion and future at all. It's even better to take out food, at least it's free.

? Although the mantra of young people now often says: if you really can't get through, go in and have sex. In fact, this is just a kind of ridicule. People who can persist in going to work in factories can really admire them. The following is my personal real experience and feelings to tell you why not go to work in the factory easily.

Mechanical repetition of drilling action

? This is the most boring reason for entering the factory to do assembly line work. It was fine at first, but later it felt like a machine, repeating the same action forever, completely unlike a real person.

? When I was young, I was forced to work for Foxconn in Pixian County for more than two months because of lack of money at the end of the year. My job is mainly to label the back cover of Ipad, which can be said to be a very simple job. At first, my productivity was not high, but I felt fine. Later, I had to put on the back cover of one or two thousand every day. I feel numb when I see a mountain of materials on the operating table every day.

Time is too tight, which makes people depressed.

If you want to earn more money when you go to work in a factory, overtime is essential, so it gives people the impression that you have to do three more things all day: sleep, eat and go to work, and there is basically no time for leisure and entertainment.

? Take my work experience as an example. We live in the company's youth apartment and have a special shuttle bus every day. Get up after 7: 00 am, take the shuttle bus at 8: 0010, and start working until1:10. Have lunch and rest for one hour, and the morning shift ends at 5: 0010. If you work overtime at night, it will take you an hour to eat, and then you can get off work until 20: 10. So as I said before, this sense of work and rest is not designed for living people, but for machines, so parents who are going to enter the factory must think clearly.

There is no room for promotion.

? This is the biggest drawback of working in a factory. If you want to make more money, you can only work overtime. And because you are engaged in a very simple job, you can't learn any useful skills at all, so there is basically no possibility of promotion. No matter how long you work and leave the factory, you will find that you know nothing. The working years and experience of other jobs that you value have no influence on the people who enter the factory.

? So in the end, I worked for more than two months and decided to leave. Advise young people with the experience of experienced people, you'd better take the time to learn a skill, or choose to do a job with lower salary, but you can learn experience, and don't choose to enter the factory easily.
