Civil service judicial assistant examination subjects

Judicial assistants are judicial administrators of grass-roots political power. People's communes (towns) and sub-district offices shall be equipped with full-time judicial assistants.

Judicial assistants in grass-roots judicial offices must pass public examinations for civil servants (judicial assistants) and managers with reference to the Civil Service Law. Local students take three courses: examination, application and basic knowledge of law.
