In order to do a good job in the directional training of rural teachers in our county in 20 17 years, according to the Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Anhui Province on Implementing the Support Plan for Rural Teachers (20 15-2020) (No.62 of Anhui Zhengban [2015]) and the Anhui Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Anhui Province,

I. Enrollment Plan

In 20 17, our province allocated 58 rural teachers in our county, including 48 primary education majors at junior high school level and 0 primary education majors at senior high school level. See annex 1 for the specific enrollment plan of training schools in each county.

Second, the registration object and conditions

1, household registration in Yingshang County. The age of applying for junior college education is not more than 18 years old, and the age of applying for senior high school undergraduate education is not more than 22 years old (as of August 3 17, 3 1).

2. Candidates applying for junior high school diploma should reach the minimum control score of 20 17 for five-year compulsory enrollment of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Candidates who apply for the undergraduate level at the starting point of high school should reach the minimum control score of the second batch of undergraduate enrollment in the province.

3. Be loyal to the education of the Party and the people, love the education in rural areas, and ensure that after graduation, you will return to teach in small villages and teaching points in Yingshang County for not less than 6 years. Physical and mental health, in line with the "Anhui Province teacher qualification certificate applicants physical examination standards and measures" requirements.

Three. Admission procedure

(1) Fill in your volunteers. Before and after the results of the college entrance examination and the senior high school entrance examination are announced, all schools should step up publicity, thoroughly publicize the provincial policies and regulations on directional training of rural teachers, and let the majority of college entrance examination and senior high school entrance examination candidates and parents know the policies. In line with the principle of voluntary candidates, organize and guide candidates who have passed the preliminary examination to fill in their volunteers. Among them, the time for college entrance examination candidates to fill in their volunteers is: June 26th, 8: 00-27th 17:00. Candidates can only fill in one college volunteer and one professional volunteer corresponding to the domicile. The filling place is located at the college entrance examination volunteer filling point; The time for candidates in senior high school entrance examination to fill in their volunteers is subject to the time announced by the county recruitment office, and the place for filling in and confirming their volunteers is determined and announced by the county recruitment office.

(2) registration. All schools should organize candidates who meet the applicants and conditions and fill in the directional training volunteers in the province on time and fill in the Concise Registration Form for the Directional Training of Rural Teachers in Yingshang County in 20 17 (Annex 2), the Concise Statistical Table for the Directional Training of Rural Teachers in Yingshang County in 20 17 (Annex 3), a copy of the candidates' household registration book, a copy of the admission ticket and a voluntary confirmation form.

(3) interview. The interview work is organized by the County Education Bureau in conjunction with the People's Social Security Bureau, Planning Office, Finance Bureau and training institutions. The interview time, place and content are posted on Yingshang Education Resources Online. If there is no other notice, please inform the candidates to attend the interview on time, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk.

According to the interview performance of candidates, the interview conclusion of candidates is rated as "qualified" or "unqualified". The interview results were published on Yingshang Education Resources Online and voluntarily accepted by the public.

(4) sign an agreement. The signing of the agreement is organized by the county education bureau in conjunction with the people's society, the establishment and the financial department to cultivate the cooperation and participation of colleges and universities.

1. Determine the suggestion list. After the interview results are publicized without objection, among the college entrance examination (senior high school entrance examination) candidates who have passed the interview and hold the household registration in the county, according to the number of enrollment sources of the college entrance examination (senior high school entrance examination) in our county, following the rules of voluntary admission of candidates in advance, and according to the principle that the scores of the college entrance examination (senior high school entrance examination) are from high to low, an equal list of suggestions for signing agreements in the county is drawn up. If it is determined that the candidates who signed the agreement voluntarily give up, their vacancies will be filled according to the above methods. Draw up a list of suggestions and report it to the municipal education, human society, establishment and financial department for review.

2. Signing of the organization agreement. With the consent of the municipal education, human society, establishment and finance departments, the county education bureau announced the list of candidates who had signed the agreement in 20 17 and the unified signing time and place, and organized the candidates to sign the Agreement on Directional Training of Rural Teachers in Anhui Province (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) with the county (city, district) people's government in quadruplicate. Candidates under the age of 18 at the time of signing the agreement must sign an agreement with their legal guardians. Candidates who fail to sign the "Agreement" within the specified time shall be regarded as automatically giving up the qualification for orientation training.

Four. Related requirements

All schools should strictly follow the prescribed policies, procedures, standards and time requirements to ensure standardized enrollment procedures, fair results and transparent sunshine. For those who do not practise fraud, engage in malpractices for selfish ends or enroll students in violation of regulations according to the prescribed policies, procedures and standards, the qualification for directional training shall be resolutely cancelled, and the relevant responsible persons and unit leaders shall be seriously investigated according to law.
