He even took the bus in time for dinner, invited others to have supper outside, and went home to eat instant noodles by himself. In order to better support myself, I want to be the editor-in-chief of the show. So I applied to see if I could do a talk show demo. As long as I passed it, everything would get better.

I clearly remember that after watching the collective review of the film, 90 colleagues and leaders all appreciated it. Originally, I thought my bright path in the company would just begin. Just when I was deeply intoxicated with myself, I never expected that in the company's intranet roster, my position would be demoted from program planner to director.

Seeing the hope in front of me suddenly dashed, I was really dissatisfied. At this time, a daily entertainment information program on satellite TV was recruiting a chief editor. Although I have never been an editor-in-chief, led a team, and have no resources in the entertainment industry that can support the completion of the program content, and I am still young, I feel it is difficult to convince others, but I still went to meet with the supervisor of this program. director.

Because we are young, we have many ideas about society and ourselves. Because there is nothing but the courage to try. If I were deprived of the courage to try, I wouldn't be where I am today.

However, the reasons for job-hopping are not necessarily all low-level survival issues. So let’s talk about dissatisfaction with things.

At this point, we must avoid the pitfalls of self-definition. In fact, each of us may have our own imagination of a certain industry. For example, a scientist is cool in the laboratory, a writer is facing the sea every day and the romance of spring blossoms, and a TV station is eating, drinking and having fun with celebrities every day.

But when we were full of expectations and finally reached the field we had always wanted to enter, we found that everything was completely different from what we had imagined. The writer's writing process may not be poetic at all, but highly self-disciplined and boring. The TV station staff may not see the stars for several years.

When all your ideals are shattered, can your long-cherished dreams really support you in this industry for three months? Did you walk away after three months or something? In fact, the biggest pitfall here is self-default.

What does it mean? That is, when there is a conflict between our cognition and reality, we will habitually choose to believe in our own preset cognition instead of acknowledging reality.
