How to bid for drugs

Normatively speaking, the current centralized drug bidding is actually "centralized drug procurement", because the current centralized procurement policy is not strictly implemented in accordance with the Bidding Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Because of the nature of drugs as a special commodity, the limitations of drug procurement bidding are determined.

General pharmaceutical processes include:

1. The tenderer issues a tender announcement and sells the tender documents (procurement documents);

2, the bidding enterprise registration, submitted by the tenderer qualification materials;

3. Qualified bidding enterprises declare enterprise information and product information on the centralized procurement platform provided by the tenderer;

4. Within the specified time, the bidding enterprise will quote the qualified bidding drugs (mainly online quotation);

5. The tenderer will carry out bid opening and evaluation, and determine the candidate varieties for publicity;

6. The tenderer announces the bid-winning result.

7. The purchaser (medical institution) purchases according to the bidding results.
