It has a world-class transformer production workshop, equipment and test conditions, and mass produces various power transformers, special transformers and reactors with voltage levels of 1 10kV-800kV. The capacity of single product can reach/kloc-0 10000000 kVA, and the annual output is 400000000 kva.

The company has more than 570 employees, including 280 professional technicians, and more than 0/00 sets of main equipment/kloc. The company moved into a new factory in March 2007 and put into trial production in April. The first 1 10kV product, the first 220kV transformer and the first 500 kV transformer were successfully manufactured in May, June and February respectively. It indicates that Tianwei Substation has the batch production capacity of 1 10 kV to 500 kV transformers, which indicates that Tianwei Substation has completely inherited the protection technology of Tianwei Substation and has the ability to provide excellent products with the same technical level and quality for the majority of power users. In 2007, the transformer 108 sets/2.3 million kVA was completed, with an output value of 65438+72 million RMB.
