In 2022, Chongqing Health Technology Associate Senior Qualification Professional Ability Examination will be held on July 2-3. In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control during the examination, and to ensure the health and life safety of the majority of candidates and examiners, the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control are hereby notified as follows, so please follow them.

I. Prevention and control requirements

(1) All candidates are required to have their body temperature tested when they enter the examination room, and check the dynamic "Yukang Code", "Communication Big Data Travel Card" and nucleic acid test certificate. Only when the body temperature is normal (body temperature < 37.3℃), the nucleic acid test proves negative, and the "Yukang Code" and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card" are green codes, can you enter the exam.

(2) The negative certificate of nucleic acid test is the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the first test date (in Chongqing, electronic or paper, calculated by sampling time). The following candidates must provide negative certificates of two nucleic acid tests within 72 hours before the first examination day (the interval between the two nucleic acid tests must be more than 24 hours, and the last sampling must be in Chongqing): candidates who return to Chongqing and abroad within 14 days before the examination; Candidates who have lived abroad within 2 1 day before the exam; Candidates who have a body temperature of ≥37.3℃ within 0/4 days before the test/kloc, or have abnormal health such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and taste, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea.

1. Have lived abroad within 2 1 day before the exam, and have not completed health management such as isolated medical observation;

2. Close contacts and close contacts of confirmed cases, suspected cases and asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19 have not completed health management such as isolated medical observation;

3. Confirmed cases, suspected cases and asymptomatic infected persons who have not been discharged from hospital in COVID-19; Or cured a confirmed case or asymptomatic infected person discharged from hospital, but still in the period of follow-up medical observation;

4. Body temperature ≥37.3℃ or suspected symptoms appear within/0/4 days before the test, but infectious diseases or physical discomfort symptoms still exist before the test;

5. Have a history of living in the middle-high risk area and its area or static management area within 0/4 days before the test/KLOC.

6. On the day of the exam, "one code and one card" is abnormal (non-green code).

7. On the day of inspection, according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, it is impossible to provide negative proof of nucleic acid detection within the prescribed time limit according to the above requirements.

8. Before entering the examination room, due to abnormal body temperature, dry cough, fatigue and other symptoms, the disease control and medical staff confirmed that there were suspicious symptoms.

Second, a warm reminder

(1) Candidates are required to do personal protection and self-health monitoring 14 days before the exam. Reduce unnecessary travel, don't leave Chongqing unless necessary, and avoid going in and out of crowded public places. If you feel abnormal, please seek medical advice in time. It is suggested that candidates who live together should also limit mobility and reduce the risk of epidemic situation.

(2) Candidates who are still in high-risk areas are advised to return to Chongqing 14 days before the exam and carry out health management according to local epidemic prevention and control requirements.

(3) Please pay attention to the status of "Yukang Code" and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card" at any time to ensure that there is no abnormality in the status; If you encounter abnormal conditions such as non-green codes, you should immediately check the reasons, take relevant prevention and control measures in time, and actively transcode in order to successfully take the exam.

(4) On the day of the exam, it is recommended that candidates arrive at the examination room 60 minutes in advance, and leave enough time to cooperate with the staff of the examination room for admission verification. With the admission ticket, ID card and "one certificate and two codes" (negative proof of nucleic acid test, green code of Yukon code, and travel code), after taking the temperature below 37.3℃, enter the venue to take the test.

(5) The specific examination time and place of candidates shall be subject to the information on the admission ticket. Candidates can log on to China Health Talent Network (www.2 1wecan.com) from June 27th to July 3rd to print the admission ticket, and check it on time according to the examination time and address of the admission ticket. Candidates are advised to print the admission ticket before July 3, so as not to miss the exam.
