Ruby Popsicle, also known as Northeast Board, is an ice cream produced by a company named Ruby in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. Founded in 1992, its new product series Northeast Board became popular almost overnight, sweeping all cities including Qinhuangdao and all the way to Beijing.
