As a new teacher, there must be many shortcomings in teaching, such as poor basic skills, casual classes and lack of experience, so there are many places to learn, and it should be a good shortcut to study hard and ask questions. Here, I am very grateful to the experienced teachers in the sixth grade Chinese group, who have given me a lot of help in my teaching process. They always give serious guidance to my lecture ideas or difficult problems in the teaching process. From their teaching, I learned many excellent teaching methods and many methods to deal with unexpected problems. After several lectures, I really benefited a lot, and my teaching ideas were clearer, purposeful and coherent. In short, the first thing you should do is to constantly learn and improve your teaching skills, improve your classroom teaching ability, make your story clearer and grow up as soon as possible.

Second, we should prepare lessons carefully and try our best to have a good class.

I feel that it is not difficult to stand on the platform since I worked, but it is not easy to stand on the platform well. Especially after listening to several teachers' classes, I found that there were indeed many loopholes in my lesson preparation, and many places were unexpected. Preparing lessons is the premise of a good class, so I suggest to myself that we must prepare lessons carefully according to the teaching materials and the actual situation of students in each class. Only when we are fully prepared can we have a clear aim. The subject I teach is Chinese. When learning some boring articles, we can consider how to make the classroom colorful and improve students' enthusiasm. Intersperse some interesting stories, or add some audio. Let students understand the text better and get interested in this course. For example, when we were studying "The Emperor's New Clothes", we organized a performance of a textbook drama, and found that the students were enthusiastic and grasped the personality characteristics of the characters in entertainment. Many students also suggested that teachers should do more such activities to enhance their interest in learning Chinese. Of course, I have little practical experience, and some things are superficial. Many constructive suggestions are the crystallization of collective preparation by our China delegation. But I will continue to explore and learn modestly in the future teaching process, and narrow the gap with excellent teachers. Now, we should do our job in a down-to-earth way, study the teaching materials thoroughly and teach students seriously.

Third, correct your homework carefully.

Most of the homework handed in by students will be carefully corrected by me. I think this is especially important during the tense review period. Students' knowledge loopholes are sometimes difficult to find by themselves. Teachers can basically grasp the students' situation by watching their homework, so as to achieve effective feedback. One more thing, I think teachers' serious attitude will also infect students invisibly, especially some words of encouragement and praise, which will inspire students' confidence in doing well next time. Of course, it's not that I didn't do well. I still need more advice on some knowledge feedback skills.

Fourth, do a good job in after-school counseling.

The intellectual development of students is not synchronous, and the foundation is very different. Attention should also be paid to the level when tutoring after class. Homework in the evening can be arranged according to the ability of several students. Several students in my class have a poor foundation. I listen to five or six words every day after school, and then watch and correct them. When I listen to these words again, there will be fewer mistakes, and then I will add a few words of encouragement to make them not give up confidence. Sometimes they will be asked to recite a few ancient poems alone, so that when they recite them collectively in class, they will not be embarrassed to keep up with their mouths, but will have the belief of further study. In a class dictation, a poor student got all the answers correctly. At that time, his deskmate felt incredible. Although my method has little effect, I just want them to realize that there is happiness in their study. Of course, if the method is not suitable, it should be corrected in practice and discussed with excellent teachers.

Fifth, serious class discipline.

A lively classroom is not a good classroom. Love for children should also be rational and serious love. Through several months' work, I understand that winning children's respect is not through the smile on the teacher's face, but through their own strength to conquer them and let them admire themselves from the heart. At first, some students were more casual in class, which affected some students. Now I also take further measures to concentrate students' attention in class. Remind absent-minded students in disguise. Praise the students who answered brilliantly in time. There are many problems to pay attention to in class. I think I'm still studying, and every lesson should be more perfect.

Sixth, summarize your gains and shortcomings in the teaching process in time and write a postscript.

This is a very important link in the process of teachers' growth. Only by finding the shortcomings can we find the direction of future work. Accumulate your own teaching experience, which can not be ignored in your teaching career.

Seven, rational use of spare time to improve their self-cultivation.

Through these months' work, I know that there are many talents in the experimental school. If you want to do a little bit of your own achievements here, you need to make constant efforts and forge ahead. And I know that my self-cultivation is far from the required level, so I will urge myself to read more and study more in my daily life. Learn educational psychology theory, professional knowledge, find teaching resources online, and make use of available time to make progress.

Timely summary is for better progress. While recognizing your own shortcomings, it is more important to see the direction of your future efforts and have confidence in your future. I need to do more later:

Getting along with children has become an indispensable part of my life. But as a teacher, it is not enough to have affinity. More importantly, it depends on your professional quality and business ability.
