What are the job responsibilities of "Steelmaking Raw Materials Worker"?

The work mainly includes: (1) operating shearing, dropping hammer and other equipment or using gas cutting, blasting and other methods to crush scrap steel; (2) operating a baling machine to pack lightly selected thin scrap steel; (3) ) Inspect and accept scrap steel, alloy and other raw materials; (4) Operate crushing, drying and cutting equipment, crush and dry alloy semi-alloys and cut aluminum ingots; (5) Use weighing equipment to measure and mix raw materials; (6) Command The crane unloads materials or loads scrap steel and other raw materials into the hopper and lifts them to the furnace; (7) operates the belt conveyor to transport the bulk materials to the furnace front silo; (8) directs the crane to mix the molten iron in the molten iron tank into the mixing furnace; (9) Adjust the volume of the mixing furnace, mix and insulate the molten iron, and operate the tilting device to tap iron; (10) Operate the desulfurization equipment, add desulfurizer into the molten iron tank or mixing car, operate the slag removal equipment, and remove the sulfur-containing slag ;(11) Handle faults and maintain equipment.
