3. Recruitment procedures and related matters

(1) Online registration

(4) Examination and assessment

1. Interview. The interview is entrusted to a third party to organize the interview. It mainly examines the applicant's suitability for the job, psychological adjustment ability, language expression ability and basic knowledge required for the recruitment position.

Based on the interview results, candidates for the written examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:2 to the number of people recruited for the position. Positions that do not meet the ratio requirements will be determined based on the actual number of people. 2. Written test. The written examination is entrusted to a third party for unified organization. The written examination adopts a hundred-point system and adopts a closed-book assessment method. 3. Results announced. The candidates who will participate in the physical examination will be determined based on the number of candidates recruited based on their written test scores. (5) Physical examination
