3. Recruitment procedures and related matters
(1) Online registration
Registration time: from 8:00 am on June 5, 2018 to 2018 Ends at 17:00 on June 12, 2020.

Each person is limited to one position. The registration form will be automatically generated after registration is submitted and must be printed before the registration deadline.
Applicants must be responsible for the authenticity of the information submitted. Anyone who submits false information, maliciously registers registration information, or disrupts the registration order will be disqualified from the application after verification, and the personal information will be recorded in the integrity file and will be used in the future. You are not allowed to apply for this company again.
(2) Resume screening. Resumes will be reviewed and screened based on the information submitted by the applicants online, and those who will participate in the on-site review and confirmation will be determined. The list of persons participating in the on-site audit and confirmation will be published on the Rizhao Port website.
(3) On-site confirmation. Personnel participating in the on-site confirmation must provide the following materials: valid resident ID card, transcript of the major studied, and the original and photocopy of supporting materials such as the professional qualification required for the position being applied for; a copy of the roster of freshmen admitted to ordinary colleges and universities (requires the seal of the admissions office of the college) ), one copy each of the Ministry of Education’s student status online verification report, online registration form, and letter of integrity (Attachment 2). Qualification review runs through the entire application process. If any fraud or ineligibility is found at any stage, the applicant will be immediately disqualified.
(4) Examination and assessment
1. Interview. The interview is entrusted to a third party to organize the interview. It mainly examines the applicant's suitability for the job, psychological adjustment ability, language expression ability and basic knowledge required for the recruitment position.
Based on the interview results, candidates for the written examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:2 to the number of people recruited for the position. Positions that do not meet the ratio requirements will be determined based on the actual number of people. The candidates for the written examination will be announced on the website of Rizhao Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the website of Rizhao Port.
2. Written test. The written examination is entrusted to a third party for unified organization. The written examination adopts a hundred-point system and adopts a closed-book assessment method. The content of the written examination is a test of professional theoretical knowledge and a test of comprehensive ability and quality corresponding to the recruitment position.
3. Results announced. The candidates who will participate in the physical examination will be determined based on the number of candidates recruited based on their written test scores. In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, a minimum passing score is set for the written examination. If the written test scores are tied for the same recruitment position, the candidate with the higher interview score will be given priority. The results of the written examination will be announced on the website of Rizhao Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the website of Rizhao Port.
(5) Physical examination
The items and standards of the physical examination shall be implemented with reference to the relevant regulations for civil servant recruitment.
(6) Public announcement of employment. The candidates who have passed the physical examination and are to be hired will be publicly announced on the website of the Rizhao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The publicity period is 7 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, employment procedures will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations and procedures. A probation period system is implemented for employed personnel in accordance with regulations. If the probation fails or circumstances consistent with the termination of the labor contract occur, the labor contract will be terminated.
