4. Other positions proposed by the municipal government or its human resources and social departments according to local conditions and approved by the provincial human resources and social departments.

Third, the subsidy standard.

Public welfare post subsidies include post subsidies and social insurance subsidies. The sum of public welfare post subsidies and social insurance subsidies is not less than 40% of the local average social wage in the previous year and not higher than 60% of the local average social wage in the previous year. Except for those with employment difficulties who are less than 5 years away from the statutory retirement age from the date of first enjoying post subsidies, other personnel can enjoy subsidies until retirement, in principle, not more than 3 years.

Fourth, the expiration policy.

1. The longest period for signing a public welfare post is three years. After the expiration of three years, no longer enjoy the public welfare post subsidy policy. Whether to renew the contract depends on the job demand of the employer and the performance of the post personnel during the service period.

2. People in grass-roots public welfare posts can be transferred to specific posts, and they will be treated as specific posts at the grass-roots level after transfer.

(1) Individuals who are willing to change jobs apply, and after being recommended by their units and assessed by local social departments, they will re-sign labor contracts for specific posts at the grass-roots level and will no longer take the unified recruitment examination.
