4. Children who are not registered in this city: Shanghai residence permit or Shanghai residence registration certificate, Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permit to and from the mainland or Hong Kong and Macao residents' residence permit, and mainland travel permit for taiwan residents or Taiwan Province residents' residence permit.

5.
