In fact, there is a very important parameter of rolling mill called hot melt ratio, which is probably the percentage of rolling mill pattern area to the total rolling mill area.

The larger the pattern area, the higher the pressure point height and the greater the melting point, that is, the harder it is. However, the height of the pressing point should not be too large, because the mechanical material should correspond to the mechanical strength, and improper pressing will lead to rapid damage.

PP spunbonded nonwovens are smooth rolls and patterned rolls. Cloth surface bonding is point bonding, and the hand feeling is not only related to the temperature of single roll and rolling mill pressure, but also related to the pattern and temperature of patterned roll of rolling mill. Then we will know by analyzing the pattern.

To give two extreme examples, a master used two smooth rollers to make hot-rolled cloth, and the surface was glued and hard. Perforated nonwovens feel good, but nonwovens that feel too soft can't make good nonwovens.
