Is the academic qualification of Mingyuan University in China recognized by the state?

Beijing Mingyuan University is a private non-academic higher education institution established on 1993 with the approval of Beijing Municipal Education Commission. It mainly holds higher education self-study exams and other higher education training. Therefore, if the diploma obtained is only the official seal of solemn and stirring Mingyuan University, it will not be recognized by the state. Only the self-taught graduation certificate is stamped with the work seal of Mingyuan University and the official seal of another issuing university, which is recognized by the state.
