Development course of Huaneng Baiyanghe Power Plant

Huaneng Baiyanghe Power Plant was built in March 1966, with three original 50MW units, which were completed and put into operation in February, June, June, June, June and June. At the end of 1980s, he undertook the research and application of coal water slurry for power plant boilers, which was a key scientific and technological project during the Eighth Five-Year Plan, and achieved success. It has become the only demonstration power plant in China that integrates the preparation, storage and combustion of water-collecting coal slurry. Due to the small capacity of the unit and the aging of equipment and technology, the safety and economy of the unit operation have declined. According to the national policy, Shandong Electric Power Dispatching Center approved three 50MW units to quit operation after application, and completed the investigation and verification confirmation form for shutting down small thermal power projects. On May 27th, 2007, Shandong Province successfully carried out the "first blasting", which demolished three 50MW mechanical fan cooling towers and the chemical test workshop. Wang Renyuan, Executive Vice Governor of Shandong Province, and1more than 50 representatives who attended the working conference of "Energy Saving and Emission Reduction with Big Pressure and Small Pressure" in Shandong Province came to the factory for field observation, which was reported by 24 national media such as CCTV and People's Daily. On September 4th, 2007, the deoxygenated coal bunker of the main workshop and the supports of boilers 1 No.2 were demolished by blasting, which took the lead in completing the demolition work among the small thermal power units shut down in Shandong Province, and played a good demonstration role in the work of "increasing the pressure and reducing the pressure, saving energy and reducing emission" in the whole province. Two 145MW circulating fluidized bed units in Huaneng Baiyanghe Power Plant started construction in April 2002 and were completed and put into operation in September 2003, setting a record for the shortest construction period of similar units in China in the same period, and taking the lead in passing the environmental protection acceptance in the province. Two circulating fluidized bed boilers were produced by Harbin Boiler Factory Co., Ltd. by introducing the technology of Alston Company of Germany, which is an expansion project organized by the state to implement clean coal technology demonstration. This type of furnace uses limestone for desulfurization, and the desulfurization efficiency is above 90%. Due to the low combustion temperature, nitrogen oxides are greatly reduced. Using four electric field dust collectors, the dust removal efficiency is over 99%, and the environmental protection advantage is very obvious. The steam turbine is an ultra-high pressure, once intermediate reheat, double-cylinder and double-exhaust condensing unit produced by Harbin Steam Turbine Factory Co., Ltd., and the generator is a static excitation air-cooled turbine generator produced by Shandong Jinan Electric Power Equipment Factory using ABB technology. Since the unit was put into operation, Huaneng Baiyanghe Power Plant has adhered to scientific and technological progress, strengthened equipment management, accumulated a lot of mature experience in improving the safety and stability level of circulating fluidized bed units, won the title of "superior unit" in the national circulating fluidized bed unit competition, walked in the forefront of similar units, and became a green power enterprise using clean technology to generate electricity.
