Beijing Vocational College of Electronic Science and Technology was founded in 1958. According to the spirit of documents such as the "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Beijing" (Jingrenshe Zhuanjifa [2010] No. 102) and in combination with the needs of our school's career development, we are now recruiting staff through open recruitment to the public. 1. Recruitment positions

2. Basic application requirements
(1) Abide by the constitution and laws, and abide by citizen ethics;
(2) Have good conduct and professional ethics;
(3) Meet the professional knowledge and skills required for the recruitment position;
(4) Have the physical conditions to adapt to the requirements of the position;
(5) Possess the corresponding qualifications and conditions specified in the recruitment position;
(6) Fresh graduates from non-Beijing students must meet the requirements of the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for introducing non-Beijing students;
(7) Those who have returned from studying abroad must obtain academic certification from the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and have not gone through employment procedures in China. Those who have returned from studying abroad in non-Beijing must meet the employment and settlement conditions stipulated by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
3. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Information Release

(2) Application Registration
Applicants should log in to the Beijing Vocational College of Electronic Science and Technology Talent Recruitment System () to register and create a resume as required. The content of the resume must be complete and consistent with the person's situation. After successfully filling out your resume, apply for the corresponding position.
Applicants are limited to applying for one position each, and multiple applications will be invalid.

(3) Examination procedures
1. Preliminary examination
The preliminary examination for full-time teacher positions shall be organized by each employing department, and the examination method shall be determined by itself according to the characteristics of the major and position.
The preliminary examination for the counselor position is organized by the school’s Personnel Office. The examination method is a written examination. In principle, the preliminary examination will be conducted offline. In case of epidemic or other force majeure, it will be conducted online. The examination notice will prevail.
The preliminary test scores are based on a hundred-point system, and the passing score is 60 points.
According to the initial test scores from high to low, the number of people to be recruited according to the job plan will be determined in a ratio of 1:5. If the specified ratio is not reached, the retest will be conducted based on the actual shortlisted candidates.
2. Re-examination
The re-examination for the positions of full-time teachers and practical training instructors will be organized by each employing department, and the re-examination will be in the form of trial lectures.
The re-examination for the counselor position will be organized by the school’s Human Resources Office and will be in the form of an interview.
The re-examination scores are based on a hundred-point system, and the passing score is 60 points.
The re-examination is generally conducted offline. In case of epidemic or other force majeure, it will be conducted online. The examination notice will prevail at that time.
Re-examination candidates will undergo a psychological test organized by the school.
3. Trial positions
In principle, trial positions are arranged for counselor positions, and full-time teacher positions are decided by the employing department at its own discretion whether to arrange trial positions.
Based on the weight of 40% of the initial test score and 60% of the re-test score, candidates for the trial position will be determined in a 1:2 ratio from high to low according to the planned recruitment number of positions.
The trial period lasts for 1-2 weeks. After the trial is completed, the employing department will issue written appraisal opinions and trial results.
The test scores are based on a hundred-point system, and the passing score is 60 points.
4. Determine the candidates for employment
The candidates whose scores in the preliminary examination, re-examination and trial post have reached the qualifying mark will be selected based on the total weight of 30% of the preliminary examination, 40% of the re-examination and 30% of the trial post. Overall score; For full-time teacher positions that have not been arranged for trial positions and counselor positions that cannot be arranged for trial positions due to the epidemic or other force majeure, those who have achieved the passing score in both the preliminary examination and the re-examination will be based on the total weight of 40% of the preliminary examination score and 60% of the re-examination score. Overall score.
The candidates will be determined based on the ratio of the total scores from high to low, which shall not exceed the number of people planned to be recruited for the position, at a ratio of 1:2.
(4) Physical examination and political examination
Persons to be hired will undergo a physical examination in accordance with the "Beijing Physical Examination Standards for Teacher Qualifications" and will bear their own expenses.
Those who fail the physical examination will be disqualified from employment.
The school personnel office is responsible for the political review and inspection of proposed personnel.
(5) Publicizing the list of proposed personnel
The dean’s office meeting will review and confirm the list of proposed personnel and then publish it. The publicity period is 7 working days.
(6) Recruitment
Persons proposed to be employed who have no objections after being announced shall go through the employment procedures in accordance with the prescribed procedures and sign an employment contract.
IV. Relevant instructions
(1) According to the "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Beijing", applicants who commit fraud during the application process and violate open recruitment disciplines will be punished. The qualification for examination or employment will be canceled depending on the seriousness of the case; for those who have been hired, the employment will be terminated once verified, and the applicant shall be responsible for the consequences arising therefrom.
(2) Applicants who do not take the exam or physical examination on time will be disqualified.
(3) If the applicant cannot sign the acceptance intention with our school within the specified time due to personal reasons, which affects the employment procedures, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
(4) Only resumes created and successfully submitted by applicants in the talent recruitment system of Beijing Vocational College of Electronic Science and Technology will be accepted. Resumes submitted through other channels are invalid.
(5) The number of admitted fresh graduates from non-Beijing sources and those who have returned from studying abroad is calculated based on the approval indicators of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Education Overseas Study Service Center.
(6) If there are vacancies in recruitment positions after physical examination and inspection, personal abandonment, unqualified qualifications, etc., qualified personnel for the same position can be filled in order from high to low.
