1933, with the support of local people of insight, the then County Admissions Office (now Huajiang) recruited 50 new students and established the first middle school in Guanling history-Guanling County Junior High School, the predecessor of the current Guanling National Middle School, with Yu as the then principal.

1934, Guanling county junior high school opened a junior high school class with 82 students enrolled.

1952 was renamed as "GUANLING Ethnic Middle School in Guizhou Province".

1958, a high school starts. At this point, Guanling People's Middle School has become a complete middle school with parallel development of junior high school and senior high school. In that year, 26 freshmen were enrolled.

1960 Guanling Ethnic Middle School was renamed as "Zhenning Second Ethnic Middle School" because Guanling was merged into Zhenning County.

196 1, Guanling moved, and the original "Zhenning County Second Ethnic Middle School" was renamed as "Guanling County Ethnic Middle School". In the same year, the first high school graduates took the college entrance examination, and 13 of them were promoted to undergraduate colleges.

1963, Huajiang Branch of Guanling Middle School was established.

1965, junior high school classes have been set up in various towns and villages, providing excellent students for Guanling National Middle School.

1972, Qiuling Huajiang Branch and Guanling Middle School enroll new students.

From 65438 to 0976, the senior high school in Guanling County grew to 28 classes.

From 65438 to 0978, the county carried out the policy of "adjustment, reform, rectification and improvement" and adopted the method of "compressing high schools, adjusting junior high schools, enriching and strengthening primary schools" to make reasonable adjustments to Guanling primary and secondary schools. Two completed middle schools, Guanling Middle School, Guansuo Middle School (now Guanling No.1 Middle School) and Yongning, Huajiang and Pogong junior middle schools, were retained, and all other factory middle schools, Bade Middle School and Dodd Middle School were closed.

198 1 year, GUANLING County was renamed GUANLING Buyi and Miao Autonomous County, and the full name of GUANLING National Middle School was changed to GUANLING Buyi and Miao Autonomous County National Middle School for short. The school establishes the teaching concept of ethnic middle schools.

1983 all classes in Yongning and other schools in the county were closed, and the hooded classes in junior high schools affiliated to township citizens gradually transitioned through merger, cancellation and reservation.

During the period of 1998, Guanling Zhunling Ethnic Middle School (now Guanling Ethnic High School) and Guanling No.1 Middle School completed middle schools, and the three junior middle schools were Yongning, Huajiang and Pogong Middle Schools.

In 2002, Guanling National Middle School stopped enrolling junior high school students, and in the same year, more than 100 people were admitted to undergraduate education or above.

In September 2004, she became a full senior high school.

In April 2005, with the approval of the people's government of Guanling Autonomous County, it was renamed as "Guanling Autonomous County Ethnic Middle School". In the same year, the college entrance examination admitted 150 people. At that time, the school had more than 40 classes, more than 2,300 students and 130 teachers.
