Yulin university, located in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, was jointly established by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education and Yulin Municipal Government. It is a provincial undergraduate college that focuses on engineering, with the coordinated development of engineering, management, literature, science, agriculture and law. It is the northernmost institution of higher learning in Shaanxi Province and the only provincial undergraduate institution in Yulin.
