In order to work, we all put in a lot of efforts and hardships. These efforts and hardships can't be told to others until we achieve results or success. We can't shout everywhere, you see, that's why I work, and I'm hanging from a beam and stabbing my stock! Sometimes, these efforts are even worthless, and all they add are painful experiences.

In the midsummer of 2004, I dragged my suitcase to Nanjing alone. The moment I got off the train, I was only helpless and confused. The firmness and passion before departure are particularly fragile and vulnerable in front of reality.

Life will continue. In the following days, I will rent a house, get familiar with the environment, submit my resume, attend job fairs and interview. Fortunately, on the day of 12, I passed the HR job interview of an IT software company, and three days later, I officially joined this company. On the day I got the OFFER, I knew I was starting to get off in this city.

The so-called renting is actually renting a partition room with about 5 bungalows in a bungalow similar to a village in the city. Simple, there is only a bunk bed, and a bungalow with an acre table. There is a couple living next door, and they can be clearly heard at night. Outside, it is the Qinhuai River described by Zhu Ziqing in "Silting Shadow". There's not so much romance and night. There is only one railway bridge, and countless passenger and freight trains pass by every day. What's more sad is that whenever the train whizzes by, because of the vibration of the bridge, the iron bed where I live vibrates with it, and I wake up every time. Because of habit, after half a year, I can't sleep without the roar of the train and the vibration of the iron bed at night. There is no toilet. 1000 meters away, a small public toilet with a winding path and a dim street lamp.

I lived in this environment for almost a year, and then I changed to a new environment because of my rising salary.

In July 2006, in the midsummer, the company expanded its business scale and set up an office in Beijing. After receiving the notice, there will be a large-scale exhibition in Beijing a week later, and the company is an important participant in the exhibition. The task requires office and living conditions before the exhibition. The reality is that at that time, only a three-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment was rented in Beijing, and there was nothing in it. What is more urgent is that there was no other candidate to go to Beijing at that time. Under the confirmation of the vice president, I am in danger of engaging in HR.

On the afternoon of receiving the task, I booked a high-speed train ticket to Beijing and arrived at 1 1 that night. Although I have been to the imperial city before, this time it is night, and I can't tell the southeast from the northwest. At first, there was no smart phone map and navigation, just looking for directions by feeling.

The next day, I found the office house. Sure enough, there was no furniture and furnishings, only all kinds of garbage left by the former tenant. After seeing the house, you should clean it up at the first time, and then buy all kinds of furniture, office tables and chairs, bed cabinets, and some daily necessities. After the schedule is determined, contact the cleaning company and visit the nearest furniture market.

Beijing is sunny and dry in midsummer, which is different from the sultry weather in Nanjing. For three days, my shirt was dry, wet and dry again. Sleep on the unfinished floor of the office at night and eat KFC downstairs. The day before the exhibition, the chairman came to the office one after another with colleagues from the marketing department, and they were greeted by a clean and tidy office area and a thoughtful and refreshing living environment.

After the exhibition, the chairman specially called a staff meeting to commend me.

A year ago, I entered an Internet startup. Soon after the establishment of the company, the team and business are combing and building. When I joined the company, the company planned to open a branch, and the team expanded rapidly. And I am responsible for the human resources of the offline branch of the whole company.

In this process, all transactional human work is progressing normally, and more importantly, the plan to open a new branch has been determined. The next step will be to sort out and formulate the business process standards after the team is expanded, and formulate the salary and assessment standards for each business position. Since then, due to the increasing number of things to be sorted out and coordinated, I will work overtime until 9- 10 almost every night, and occasionally until 12- 1. At the worst time, under the leadership of the boss, I stayed up late with the heads of various business halls five nights a week.

It is precisely because of such high-intensity work and such intimate multi-level meetings that after half a year, I almost know all the business processes, team building and performance data analysis of the company. Even employees in any branch can know their own personality characteristics, current situation and possible problems. Because of this understanding, when we do data analysis and decision-making related to human resources, we will know where the problem lies, how to adjust it and how to proceed, so as to make human work more targeted and effective.

In fact, each of us has a lot of unknown efforts in the workplace, and these efforts are nothing more than to realize ourselves and prove ourselves. As people in the workplace, only through these efforts can we find what we want.

Many times, people just want to see the result of things, but they don't care about the process. If you want to show your excellent self, if you want people to cheer for you, if you want to have a chance to change the status quo, you don't have to tell them how much effort you have made, just let them see good enough results. And before there is no result, some bitterness can only be swallowed secretly by you alone.
