According to the Shenzhen Municipal Government Gazette on March 25th, the general office of the municipal government has officially issued the Construction Plan of Shenzhen Academy of Medical Sciences. Shenzhen Academy of Medical Sciences is located in Pingshan District, and Pingshan Park of Shenzhen National High-tech Zone and Shenzhen National Biomedical Industry Base are also located in this district.

the plot is located at the southwest gateway of Pingshan, north of Maluanshan Country Park, within the scope of Bihu Cultural and Health City, with an initial land area of 41, square meters, and 2, square meters reserved for future expansion.

Nanping Expressway is located on the south side of the plot, which can reach the city center within 4 minutes. It is adjacent to Pingshan Campus of Kangning Hospital in Shenzhen in the west, Pingshan District People's Hospital (new campus) under construction in the east, and there is a Hong Kong famous doctor diagnosis and treatment center nearby. After the completion of the Academy of Medical Sciences, it can form an agglomeration effect with surrounding medical institutions.
