Nanning Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Institute is a public institution affiliated to Nanning Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Its main responsibilities are: handling labor and personnel dispute cases in this city and those entrusted by foreign labor and personnel dispute arbitration committees; To guide the arbitration of labor and personnel disputes in six cities and counties; To guide the training of full-time and part-time arbitrators in labor and personnel disputes; Organize and publicize labor and personnel dispute arbitration laws and regulations, and carry out labor and personnel dispute prevention.
