National civil servant registration requirements

The national civil service registration requirements are as follows:

Among them, applying for civil servants must meet the following hard conditions: (1) having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality; (2) 18 years old and under 35 years old, in which the age of graduate students (non-employed) in 20 19 years is relaxed to under 40 years old (1born after March, 978); (3) Having good political quality and moral conduct; (4) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally; (five) have the ability to meet the requirements of the post; (6) Having a college education or above. College graduates, whether freshmen or former students, with or without experience, can apply as long as they have no bad records.

However, if you are an active soldier, you are not allowed to apply for full-time non-fresh graduates or on-the-job civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed by the Civil Service Law. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been listed as targets of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law, those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, those who have been dismissed from civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed by reference to the Civil Service Law for less than five years, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations are also not allowed to apply for the exam.

It should also be noted that applicants cannot apply for the unified recruitment agency or employer where civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed by reference to the Civil Service Law are located, nor can they apply for organs (units) or corresponding positions that can be successfully avoided after employment.
