The overall national control targets are: the proportion of posts in the second, third and fourth positions is 1: 3: 6, the proportion of posts in the fifth, sixth and seventh positions is 2: 4: 4, the proportion of posts in the eighth, ninth and tenth positions is 3: 4: 3, and the proportion of posts in the eleventh and twelfth positions is 3: 4: 3. 3. The job skill posts in institutions include skill posts and ordinary posts, among which there are five levels of skill posts. Ordinary jobs are not graded. Senior technicians, technicians, senior workers, intermediate workers and junior workers in institutions correspond to one to five levels of work skills in turn. The implementation opinions also stipulate that the overall national control target of the proportion of logistics skill posts is about 25%, and the total number of first-,second-and third-level posts is about 5%. All regions and departments should formulate policies and measures to strictly control the total number of first-class and second-class positions in ground work skills. At the same time, the implementation opinions stipulate the basic requirements for logistics skill posts: the first-class and second-class logistics skill posts must have worked in the post at the next lower level of this type of work for 5 years and passed the technical grade evaluation of senior technicians and technicians respectively; Three-and four-level skilled workers must have worked in the next-level post of this type of work for 5 years, and passed the technical grade assessment of senior workers and intermediate workers respectively; Apprentices (apprentices) who have completed their studies and workers who have completed their apprenticeships and apprenticeships can be recognized as five-level geotechnical skills posts after passing the examination of the primary technical level.
