Through this effective questionnaire survey, it shows that as many as 78.33% of college students are not optimistic about the current employment situation, and only 3.33% of college students think that the current employment situation is optimistic. In addition, not only the senior graduates among the respondents are not optimistic about the employment situation, but most non-graduate students are also not optimistic about the employment situation.

The general career goal of college students is to achieve a balance between life and work, or to become a leader or manager. Of course, some goals are to meet personal interests and have room for development. But so far, 85% of the respondents have not found their own satisfactory jobs, and more and more students have lowered their salary requirements and even their career goals, just to make a safe transition in the financial crisis.

Under the current employment situation, 4 1.67% of the respondents choose to get employment before choosing a job, and 18.33% choose to prepare with multiple hands at the same time. The reasons for this phenomenon are not only students' own reasons, such as not learning professional knowledge well during college, but also some reasons of the school, such as not paying attention to promoting the cultivation of practical skills and not keeping pace with the times in the arrangement of professional courses, which leads to the decoupling of knowledge and demand.

Faced with the current employment difficulties, some students are willing to start a business, but they lack both entrepreneurial experience and start-up funds.
