What's in China Petrochemical Recruitment Examination?

Sinopec exam consists of written test and interview. The content of written test is divided into three categories: ideological quality, thinking ability and personality evaluation.

2. Thinking ability

This part is mainly the content of the line test (Sinopec's line test content is more practical), as well as open and unique questions, such as Sudoku, Lenovo and qualified questions newly added last year, accounting for 60 points.

Ideological quality needs to be accumulated at ordinary times, and thinking ability needs answering thinking and problem-solving skills. About 60% of the whole paper is similar to line test, but it is more inclined to practical application, and about 40% is the unique content of Sinopec exam.

Comprehensive evaluation of graduates' personality, motivation, interest and psychological characteristics, regardless of the total score.

Interviews are mostly semi-structured interviews, and the examination content is professional knowledge quiz and comprehensive ability test. The recruiting unit will determine the assessment dimension and scoring rules of the test interview according to the characteristics and actual needs of the recruitment position.
