Third, recruitment methods and procedures

2. Take a combination of public registration, qualification examination, cultural professional examination, trial lecture and talent show. Applicants are only allowed to apply for one position.

4. According to the recruitment plan and the examination results of cultural majors, the recruitment leading group will determine the personnel who will participate in the audition and talent show according to the ratio of 3: 1 from high score to low score. Applicants who do not reach the ratio of 3: 1 can participate in trial lectures or talent shows, but their comprehensive scores shall not be lower than the minimum score of 3: 1 (divided into children, primary schools and junior high schools), otherwise they will not be employed.

5. Auditions and talent shows account for 60% of the total score. Among them, qualified candidates for primary and secondary school teachers will give a trial lecture on the reported theme; Those who pass the written test will show their talents, which will be divided into four parts: musical instrument, solfeggio, dance and painting.

6. The substitute teachers in the former port schools will be given 3 points in the examination scores of cultural majors, and 0.5 points for each full year of work (as of August 2, 20081), but the maximum score will not exceed 6 points. Participate in the recruitment of junior high school teachers, the household registration in the port area, cultural professional examination results plus 3 points.

7. Set up an expert teacher evaluation team to evaluate cultural examinations, lectures and talent shows.
