Expressing yourself is always the most beautiful —— Experience from the seminar on educational writing in Zhang Wenzhi (1)

When it comes to writing, I'm still confused and scared. So I decided to attend the next class. After listening to the class all day, I enjoyed the epiphany brought by the story. Suddenly came an assignment: 500 words of free writing, most afraid of not talking about propositional composition. Before going to bed, Xiao Xia came to another questionnaire. It is really a pot of water!

In the morning, I felt the magnificent road of life brought by the poet Mr. Xu's writing history. In the afternoon, I listened to teacher Lin Chaju's words and gender, thought about how to find my own "escape exit" in the predicament, and found my own words, sentences and intonation ... all of which point to self-expression. Every individual's story is so intoxicating that I suddenly found my own sentence: expressing myself is always the most beautiful.

Then, through the questionnaire given by Xiao Xia, I also told my own story, the story of the transformation from private park to public park, which made the preface of this long-forgotten transformation diary open my courage in educational writing.

I still clearly remember that on March 7, 2008, when 22 public parks in Shenzhen were facing restructuring marketing, as the only representative of private kindergarten teachers in the city, I talked with Mayor Li Yizhen at the municipal government kindergarten teachers' forum to express the "difficulties" of private kindergarten teachers to the leaders attending the meeting, which vividly caused a scene of "collapse" of an elderly teacher. Shortly after the meeting, a "long-term subsidy for kindergarten teachers" appeared in Shenzhen.

1989 was admitted to Quanzhou Kindergarten Normal School in Fujian Province, 1992 graduated to Shenzhen to take the national open recruitment examination for kindergarten teachers, and entered Shenzhen Experimental Kindergarten. After two years' investigation and several years' queuing, President Jin signed the letter of cadre business transfer, but when I read all the information in the letter of cadre business transfer, I was told that only prefecture-level cities were allowed to transfer, and the policy adjustment of cadre transfer gave me a blow, which gave me a kind of heroism of "leave a grandfather here instead of here". I resolutely went to Futian Women's Federation and moved to Shenzhen as a "special talent" as a class teacher. At the same time, I participated in the social welfare activities of the Women and Children Career Development Center, became a children's painting teacher, entered the Shenzhen Women Painters Association, and participated in various art exhibitions. However, the requirement of the Women Painters Association is to hand in a painting and do homework every month.

The pre-school education reform in Shenzhen has absorbed a large number of enterprises, institutions and non-governmental forces to invest in education. When Shenzhen Construction Bank recruited preschool teachers for the whole country, I entered the "banking system", where I practiced Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio, Multiple Intelligences, Nature Education, Forest Education, Chinese Studies ... collective teaching, single subject teaching, group teaching, individual education, regional activities, procedural education and comprehensive themes.

The plan has never changed quickly. When the institutions in Shenzhen were restructured, the banks no longer took on kindergartens, so we had to fend for ourselves. I became a "shareholder" of supporting kindergartens in a certain district, and entered the tide of market-oriented operation ... I experienced the transformation of kindergarten teachers from "special talents" to "not as good as nannies", witnessed the return of public parks to the Education Bureau in the market, and witnessed the return of supporting kindergartens in a certain district through open bidding. It's a good thing I'm in this wave

Today, I have the honor to witness the colorful educational reform in Shenzhen. When I record all the experiences of this period and write every day as a memorable story, it should be my highest respect for the lost years.
