2 About salary payment: Although Quanta is a foundry company, it has a large scale and has been one of the top 500 companies in the world for several years. Last year, it seemed to be more than 200, so the salary was not deducted. Get the basic salary after five days and eight hours, and the overtime pay will be calculated separately, based on the basic salary (generally 1.5 times double holidays and three times holidays). It seems that there are still achievements, but it is only about one month 100. As long as you don't leave yourself, he will give you a few days' salary for a few days. So don't worry, at least the top 500!

3 Suggestions for you to work in Quanta: If your home is far away from Quanta and you just want to earn some extra money, I think it's better for you to find a job in your hometown, which is close to home, familiar with the environment and has a lot of income. If you plan to find a stable job after graduation, it is not bad to come to Quanta this year to get familiar with the environment.

Is Quanta short of people? Now Quanta is short of people. I wanted to bring my brother in the day before yesterday, but I think he is old (my brother is 28). In the past, when there was a shortage of people, the conditions were: 18-40 years old and able to recite 26 letters. Moreover, not long ago, human resources issued a notice to freeze more than eight positions (note: nine positions for ordinary workers) and will not recruit for some time.
