The standard was formulated earlier, and the quality grade of bearing was judged by measuring the vibration acceleration value when bearing rotates. From low to high, it was divided into three quality grades: Z 1, Z2 and Z3. At present, domestic bearing manufacturers are still using it, and the vibration acceleration value is used to measure the quality of bearings and simply reflect the fatigue life of bearings.
