One registration
Registration is conducted online, there is no on-site registration point, and no registration and examination fees are charged. Applicants can register through the Qiandongnan Human Resources and Social Security Network ( ). Online registration is carried out according to the following procedures:
Applicants can log in to the "Qiandongnan Human Resources and Social Security Network" from 9:00 on March 8, 2014 to 17:00 on March 13, 2014 to submit an application. , and upload a recent 1-inch full-face color photo without a hat (photo size: 114×156 pixels, less than 20KB, JPG format). 2. Online preliminary qualification review
The preliminary qualification review time is from 9:00 on March 8, 2014 to 17:00 on March 13, 2014.

Three Qualification Reviews

Those who pass the qualification review will enter the written examination and interview (interview, professional evaluation) in accordance with the provisions of this plan. Candidates who do not meet the application requirements after review will be disqualified from entering the written examination and interview (interview, professional evaluation). After qualification review, if the number of candidates who pass the review is lower than the number in the talent introduction plan, the number in the talent introduction plan will be reduced; if no candidates pass the qualification review, the position will be cancelled.

Four assessments and examination methods
Kaili College is responsible for organizing and implementing the examination.
1. For doctoral (or full-level) applicants, direct interviews (assessments) will be conducted. Our school will organize and implement it in batches according to the application situation. The HR Department of our school will directly notify the applicants of the specific situation.
2. Adopt the following methods for talents in short supply:

⑷ When registering, the number of recruits and the number of applicants reach 1:3 or above, but the ratio of interview (professional assessment) personnel cannot reach 1:3 due to absences, disciplinary violations, abstentions in the written test, etc. For positions, candidates who take the written test can participate in the interview, but the interview score or the candidate's total test score must reach 70 points or above before they can enter the next link.
3. Candidates participating in the written examination and interview must present their admission ticket and a valid "Resident Identity Card" (or a valid "Temporary Resident Identity Card") before they can enter the examination room to take the examination.
4. Written test
The written test is a closed-book test, and the test content is "Professional Knowledge" (mainly to assess the necessary professional knowledge required for recruitment positions).

Candidates who are required to take the written test but fail to take the written test or take the written test but fail to obtain valid results will be disqualified from entering the next stage.

5. Interview (interview, professional evaluation)

For candidates who take the written test, the written test score counts for 40% and the interview score counts for 60%. That is: the candidate’s total test score = written test score × 40% + interview score × 60%.

The written test, interview (interview, professional evaluation) results and total score shall be rounded to two decimal places.
Candidates who have not participated in the interview (interview, professional evaluation) or whose interview (interview, professional evaluation) results are invalid will be disqualified from entering the next stage.
(5) Physical examination
According to the provisions of this "Implementation Plan", the physical examination personnel will be determined from the highest score to the lowest score of the candidates' total examination score according to the planned number of each introduced position at a ratio of 1:1. (If candidates for the same position are tied for last place in the physical examination, they will be re-interviewed (interview, professional assessment), and those with higher scores in the re-interview (interview, professional assessment) will be included in the physical examination).
This physical examination was carried out in accordance with the physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment. The physical examination items and standards were in accordance with Qianrenfa [2005] No. 4, Guizhou People’s and Social Security Department Tong [2010] No. 181, and Guizhou People’s and Social Security Department [2010] 〕Document No. 64 shall be implemented.
Under the supervision of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Bureau of Qiandongnan Prefecture, the physical examination will be arranged by Kaili College in designated comprehensive hospitals at the county level and above. Physical examination conclusions and appraisals from other hospitals will not be recognized.
If a physical examination candidate requires re-examination of the physical examination items, he or she shall submit an application on the spot and conduct the re-examination on the spot. The re-examination results shall be signed and confirmed on the spot by the on-site disciplinary inspection and supervision personnel, the medical examination doctor and the physical examination candidate himself; if the physical examination candidate refuses to sign the results of the physical examination and re-examination, the on-site disciplinary inspection and supervision personnel and the re-examination doctor shall indicate the situation, which shall be deemed to have approved the examination and re-examination results of the physical examination candidate. .

After the conclusion of the physical examination is issued, the candidate’s application for reexamination will not be accepted.

Seven Inspections
Candidates who have passed the physical examination are included in the inspection objects, and the inspection mainly focuses on the candidates' actual performance and student status files.
Through reviewing archives, interviews, interviews, etc., we mainly understand the political quality, work performance, business capabilities, practical performance, etc. of the objects being inspected.
If it is discovered during the inspection that the applicant has concealed the circumstances listed in Item 2 of Article 4 of this Implementation Plan and one of the following circumstances, he/she will be reported to the Central *** Qiandongnan Prefecture Committee Organization Department, Qiandong The Southeast Prefecture Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has determined that employment qualifications have been cancelled:

Seven Employment Approvals
Those who pass the assessment, physical examination and inspection will be determined as the personnel to be hired. The personnel to be hired will be announced on the Qiandongnan Human Resources and Social Security Network www.gzqdn.lss.gov.cn for 7 working days. If there are reports during the publicity period and it is verified that there are serious problems affecting the employment, the employment qualification will be cancelled. 7. Disciplinary supervision
