At work, after arriving in Xinjiang, the first task is to be assigned to the site of aggregate work area, to work together with the staff on site, and then to be assigned to the electrician class to exercise. During this period, I always worked conscientiously with the electrician on site, listened to the arrangement of the electrician, and helped the electrician to complete the work task well. At the same time, I was officially arranged to be a technician in the aggregate work area. In order to be a technician in the shortest possible time, so as to better complete my job in the future, I collected information after work and inquired about the production operation and machinery and equipment status of the aggregate work area for the seniors. From the very beginning, I was officially told to stay as a technician in the aggregate work area. I knew that my burden was heavy. I always remembered this sentence: "If you want to give others a bowl of water, you must have a bucket of water." Because I understand that it is not easy to become a qualified technician. As a technician, I should not only be able to handle the affairs in the field office, but more importantly, I should be able to solve the problems that arise in the field and be aware of the operation and maintenance of the machinery and equipment on the spot. In order to improve production efficiency, we have to do a good job in the maintenance of machinery and equipment, and his premise is to deal with the problems of machinery and equipment in advance and solve them in the middle of nowhere. This requires technicians to find problems well and solve them in time, so as to ensure that the maintenance of machinery and equipment will not affect the normal production tasks.
at present, at the request of the owner, my project department has added a stone milling section to my aggregate work area, which is currently in a tense construction stage. As a direct participant in the production and operation of stone powder, our work area is making full preparations for the installation of stone powder equipment. As a technician in the work area, I have the responsibility and obligation to make full preparations for the smooth installation of the equipment. In order to better complete the task of equipment installation and debugging, I am working hard with the equipment suppliers with my heart, in order to successfully complete the task with good quality and quantity. During the installation of the equipment, I deeply feel that a set of production equipment can be successfully put into production, and the preliminary work to be done is so complicated. It is my honor to be fortunate to participate in it. During this period, I have paid a lot, but I have also gained a lot, and I enjoy it.
through nearly a year's working time, I have become more and more clear about the site operation of the work area, more and more familiar with the machinery and equipment, and more and more close to my colleagues in the work area, and have gradually integrated with the aggregate work area in half a year. First, I have a correct attitude and am rigorous and scientific.
Road and bridge construction is a very hard industry, with wind and sun, and I have to run around. Although the information and budget work can't be said to be scientific research, it can't be sloppy at all. "A little difference, a thousand miles lost" is just used to describe the information work, and "one mistake, all things are lost" is just used to describe the budget work.
Second, pay attention to scrutiny and careful verification
In the information and budget work, the work spirit of "pay attention to scrutiny and careful verification" is very necessary, because this is not only a matter of work style, but also directly related to the quality of work. Before compiling the data and budget, be sure to carefully review the drawings, and promptly report the mistakes on the drawings to the designer. The supervision unit proposed it. Before preparing the budget, we should use the data given in the drawings, use various formulas to verify it, and use different calculation methods (such as forward calculation and backward calculation) to repeat the calculation to ensure foolproof. Before preparing the data, review the drawings to see if the design drawings have special requirements for local construction technology, or if there is any conflict with the current construction technology. If there is any conflict, the principle of "being strict but not lenient" shall be adopted, and a written report shall be made to the director in time. In the process, I not only deepened my understanding of the knowledge I had learned before, but also got a better understanding of the knowledge that I didn't touch or didn't touch deeply in previous books.
Third, be careful and thoughtful
In the work, we must think carefully and thoughtfully. For the places not mentioned in the design, we should think in combination with the current norms and actual conditions to see if there are any omissions and mistakes. The following is a brief description of all kinds of work:
(1) Drawing review:
After receiving the drawings, the drawings should be reviewed immediately. If there are many drawings, the division of labor can be carried out.
Each major shall designate a special person to be responsible, and the quantities shall be calculated by a special person, and the elevation shall be reviewed by a special person, and the coordinates shall be reviewed by a special person, so that the division of labor is clear, and there is overlap. Every job shall be reviewed by two or more people, and the problems found shall be recorded in time, summarized and submitted to the technical director for further review before being organized and reported to the design and supervision unit. The following work is mainly carried out during drawing review:
(1) Check the elevation, and calculate the elevation of each point according to the height difference, layer thickness, longitudinal slope, transverse slope and slope of each structure or structural layer to see whether it is consistent with the drawing. If the calculation from the starting point of the road to the end point of the road is consistent.
(2), the engineering quantity is rechecked, generally after the drawing size is rechecked correctly, and the calculation shall be made according to the drawing size (or the corrected structure size), and the data in the engineering quantity table in the drawing shall not be copied, and various actual conditions shall be considered during the calculation.
iv. indoor arrangement
when arranging data, we should pay attention to the comprehensiveness, authenticity and timeliness of the data, and also pay attention to the design drawings and other personality requirements of the owner and supervisor. For example:
① Some projects have strict requirements on safety issues, so when sorting out the completion data, we should sort out the safety activities before each shift, the technical disclosure of construction safety of various projects, the safety system and management process of this project in a personalized way.
(2) There are many changes in some projects due to various reasons, so the information about the changes, such as photos, pictures, records of project negotiation, records of field measurement and metrology, original design drawings and change drawings, must be sorted out and complete.
(3) All the acceptance records of concealed works must be improved in time, and must not be lacking, otherwise it may bring serious consequences to the completion acceptance.
V. Budget (settlement) calculation:
When making a budget, we should pay attention to the actual situation of our company and the construction site to make a comprehensive thinking, so as to make the most reasonable budget. For example:
① For some projects, if Party A specifies a certain material or equipment, it is necessary to carefully investigate the condition of this material or equipment, including the supply status and whether the price will change.
(2) Some materials or equipment used in some projects are self-collected materials for our company, and the cost is low, so we can bid with a lower pre-tender estimate, and vice versa.
(3) Party A shall bear the inspection expenses for some projects.
④ some engineering construction access roads are far away, and Party A will not compensate them.
(5) some projects are subject to material price adjustment, and some projects are calculated by general contracting, without adjustment of project quantity and material price.
All the above factors should be carefully considered before the most reasonable budget can be made. When the project is completed and settled, it should be combined with the actual situation and drawings. When there is a change in the project, attention should be paid to the integrity of the information, such as the basis of change, site visa, original design and changed drawings, hidden acceptance of each process, intermediate measurement, etc.
conclusion:
the development of modern society is changing with each passing day, and knowledge is updated very quickly. If you don't supplement new knowledge in time and don't study and communicate constantly, you will be eliminated. Therefore, in the process of work, we should broaden our horizons as much as possible, and often communicate and learn from relevant departments such as supervision and auditing units, so as to improve our professional level, increase our technical potential and keep up with the times.

I am a college graduate who just stepped into the society. I graduated from Xi 'an Shiyou University in 25, majoring in material forming and control engineering. After graduation, I worked in the technical group of Inner Mongolia Project Department of Hebei Huabei Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. By August 26, I had been working for one year. In this short period of time, I learned a lot of knowledge that I couldn't learn in school, broadened my horizons and improved my professional and technical level and work potential.
I participated in the project
During this year, I participated in the 8,-ton polyethylene project in Daya Bay, Guangdong Province, the reconstruction project of Liushiba Transfer Station (Phase II) of No.3 Oil Production Plant, the reconstruction project of Li No.2 Station, the reconstruction and expansion project of Lu 7 Joint Station, and the trial production ground project of Tai 53 Well Group of No.2 Company of North China Oilfield currently under construction. When I first arrived at the unit, I worked in Nanhai Petrochemical Project Department of Daya Bay, Guangdong Province. Nanhai Petrochemical Project is a joint venture between Sinopec and foreign companies. In Nanhai Petrochemical Project, I participated in the collation of technical data and the translation of drawings in Block 114, and later I was responsible for anti-corrosion and heat preservation and tail elimination in Block 112. After returning to Renqiu, I took part in the reconstruction project of Liushiba transfer station (Phase II) and Li No.2 station in No.3 Oil Production Plant. Liushiba and Li No.2 station are both old station reconstruction projects, and there are many places where hot work is connected, which is very dangerous, and the local relationship is complicated, which has caused great inconvenience to the construction. Under the guidance of our technical team Zhang Zengjie, I am mainly responsible for sorting out the technical data of these two projects. In March this year, I participated in the reconstruction and expansion project of Road 7 Union Station, which is located at the junction of Wanli Township in Suning County, Hebei Province and Kongzhuang Township in xian county, north of Guyang River. The materials for this expansion include: adding export system and dehydration system, adding water injection part and sewage treatment system.
at present, the project I am participating in is the surface project of trial production of Well Cluster Tai 53. In this project, I am mainly responsible for the construction of in-station technology, single well outside the station and civil works. Urias Tai Oilfield is located 7km north of Dongwu Banner in Xilingol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, about 5km away from Mongolia and about 165km away from Aershan Oilfield Base, belonging to Urias Tai Depression at the northeast end of Manite Depression in Erlian Basin. The surface project of TPO in Well Cluster Tai 53 consists of four parts: metering pumping station, natural gas compression, off-site system and A-I pressure regulating station. A new metering pumping station is built, which is located on the north side of Well Tai 53. There are 9 metering skids, 2 separators, 2 heat exchangers, 1 natural gas dryer, 2 deoilers, 2 hot water pumps, 1 water injection pump, 4 4m3 overhead oil tanks and 1 1m3* tank. In addition, there are separator operation room, duty room, hot water pump room, power distribution room, maintenance room and so on. There are 9 oil wells and 4 water injection wells in the off-site system; Extension project of Tai 27 water injection pump house and trial production ground project of 3 water injection wells; The natural gas compression part is located on the north side of Well Tai 53 in Urias Tai Oilfield, in the middle of the metering pumping station. In order to understand the associated gas from the first-level production separator, the associated gas enters the device and is separated, dehydrated and deacetylated by the * control skid. Then a part of natural gas goes to the gas generator as fuel, and a part goes to the natural gas compressor to boost the pressure to 25MPa, and then enters the molecular sieve dehydration device for dehydration. Pressurized and dried natural gas is filled into CNG high-pressure trailer and transported to Ayilian, where it is used as fuel for heating furnace after pressure regulation. A-yilian pressure regulating station understands that the CNG pressure from Tai 53 metering pumping station is < P > to compress natural gas, and then enters the pressure regulating skid through the gas outlet. After secondary heat exchange and secondary throttling, it goes to the heating furnace as fuel.
second, the improvement of professional knowledge
I majored in material forming and control engineering, that is, the previous welding equipment and technology. I only learned some theoretical knowledge at school, so I have little chance to practice. The construction site is a good place for me to study and practice. After arriving at the construction site, I found that the theoretical knowledge I had learned in school was too superficial and it was very difficult to practice. At the construction site, I humbly asked the workers' master. If I didn't understand anything, I asked. After one year's work practice, I increased my professional knowledge, improved my practical potential and combined theory and practice well. In Nanhai Petrochemical Project, the official language is English. In order to finish the work better, I use the noon time and evening time to learn professional vocabulary and practice oral English, and communicate with foreigners as much as possible on the construction site. Through study and communication, my English level has been greatly improved, especially my oral English level. Make full use of spare time to systematically study the theoretical knowledge of oilfield production and management, learn from the old master humbly, go deep into the field construction line, pay attention to accumulating experience in practice and absorbing past work, with the care of leaders and the support and help of comrades, through continuous efforts.
