Brief introduction of Shaanxi Tongli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd.

Shaanxi Tongli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tongli Company) is the holding company and an important part of Shaanxi Automobile Group, and it is the largest R&D and production base of special purpose vehicles and automobile parts manufacturing enterprise in northwest China. At present, it has reached the annual production capacity of 30,000 full-range engineering dump trucks, 5,000 special-purpose vehicles, 5,000 off-highway mining dump trucks, 1000 oilfield special-purpose vehicles, 1000 military and police special-purpose vehicles, 60,000 medium and heavy-duty vehicle frame assemblies and parts, and 30,000 civilian and military vehicle bodies. KONE has independent announcement qualification and import and export right. It is the research and development, production base and export product processing base of Shaanxi Automobile Group.

KONE covers an area of 1667 mu, with a production area of 220,000 square meters and more than 3,000 employees, including more than 420 engineers and professional managers. The company has a complete product development, manufacturing, testing and debugging, marketing, service network and parts manufacturing system. The company established the "Shaanxi Special Vehicle Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center" and passed the GB/T 1900 1-2008, ISO/TS 16949: 2009 quality management system certification and GJB900 1B-2009 national military standard certification.

After large-scale technological transformation, KONE has continuously extended its industrial chain and expanded its industrial clusters. The 300,000-ton profile blanking center has Kaiping, longitudinal shearing, cold bending and rectangular profile production lines. Frame production units have 6000T, 4000T, 1600T and other 15 large and medium-sized presses, CNC stamping production lines, riveting production lines, shot blasting production lines and frame cathodic electrophoresis production lines. Body production units include cab welding line, cab cathodic electrophoresis and painting production line. The production units of engineering vehicles include blanking, sub-assembly, assembly welding line, cathode electrophoresis line for small and medium parts and assembly line. The assembly line can assemble various special vehicles and police and military armored vehicles at the same time.

At present, KONE owns 15 joint-stock, holding and wholly-owned subsidiaries, including technology research center and KONE engineering vehicle branch, and has dozens of domestic offices. Its products are exported to five continents, and its export earnings have doubled year after year.
